Custom and made-to-order products

The bracelet configurator records choices such as bead material, bead position, bead size, quantity, spacers, cord, and wrist measurement. You are responsible for reviewing the configuration summary and size information before purchase.

Because custom bracelets are made from the submitted configuration, production may begin shortly after an order is accepted. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may involve additional cost.

Pricing and payment

Custom bracelets are priced bead by bead, together with applicable making, spacer, cord, packaging, shipping, tax, and other displayed charges. The final amount shown in the cart and checkout is the amount charged.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's applicable terms. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and feltbreath sends or displays confirmation.

Materials and product images

Natural stone, wood, seed, and handmade components vary in color, translucency, pattern, grain, and minor dimensions. These natural differences are part of the product and do not normally constitute a defect.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens, lighting, and individual materials can affect appearance. Product images are illustrative rather than a guarantee that every bead will look identical.

Delivery, returns, and cancellations

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping, duties, taxes, customs delays, and destination restrictions are addressed in the Shipping policy.

Return and cancellation eligibility depends on whether an item is a standard finished set, a custom or personalized item, or faulty or incorrect. Please read the Returns policy before placing an order.

The feltbreath name, visual identity, website design, writing, photographs, videos, product descriptions, configuration experience, and other original content belong to feltbreath or their respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, feltbreath is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website or products.
