Made-to-order pieces take time to assemble carefully. This page explains production timing, shipping charges, tracking, and what happens when a parcel is delayed.

Production time
Custom and made-to-order bracelets normally ship within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Finished sets and loose supplies may ship sooner when in stock.
Production time is separate from carrier transit time. If a batch, material shortage, holiday, or unusually large order is likely to cause a longer delay, we will show or communicate that information as soon as reasonably possible.
Rates and free shipping
Standard U.S. shipping for eligible loose supplies is $10 when the eligible subtotal is below $38. Eligible loose beads, spacers, cord, and lightweight tool kits may be combined; when their eligible subtotal reaches $38, standard U.S. shipping is free.
Free worldwide shipping applies to all finished and custom bracelets using our standard shipping service. Expedited services, optional gift packaging charges, loose supplies, and other non-eligible products are not included unless clearly stated.
For mixed carts, eligible bracelets remain free to ship, while any applicable shipping charge for loose supplies or other products is shown in the cart or checkout before payment. Taxes, discounts, and non-eligible products may not count toward the loose-supply free-shipping threshold.
Tracking and delivery
Where tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking may take time to update.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Responsibility for a parcel may transfer as allowed by applicable consumer law once it is delivered to the address supplied at checkout.
Address changes
Please check the delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if an address needs to change. Once a parcel has been processed or shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.
International orders
International shipping is offered only to destinations available at checkout. Delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.
Free worldwide bracelet shipping covers standard carrier postage only. Duties and taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country costs are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. These charges are not included in product prices or free shipping.
Delays and missing parcels
If tracking has not updated or a parcel appears delayed, contact us with the order number. We may ask you to confirm the address, wait for the carrier's delivery window, or assist with a carrier inquiry.
We will handle lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders in accordance with applicable law and the carrier's investigation process.
