Six quiet soundscapes for bead-by-bead breathing.

For the moments before movement, between tasks, after intensity, or at the end of the day.

Just your hands, your beads, and the next breath.

Minimalist interior with wooden flooring, beige wall, a large vase with dry branches, a cloth on the floor, a pillow, a small bowl, and a beaded bracelet, near a window with sheer curtains showing trees outside.
Sunlit minimalistic room with wooden floor, large open window with sheer curtains, a large ceramic vase with a leafy plant, a small woven basket, a wooden table with bowls, a gray canvas leaning against the wall, a beige rug, and pillows on the floor.

01 — ARRIVE

4 minutes

Morning · Before the day begins

Feel your feet. Notice your breath. Arrive.

A quiet soundscape for the first minutes of the morning — before the day gathers pace. Hold your beads gently and let the body arrive before the mind begins moving outward.

Feltbreath Sound Lab 01 ARRIVE
A mountain landscape with snow-capped peaks, a flowing river in the foreground, and patches of snow on grassy terrain under a cloudy sky.

02— FLOW

15 minutes

Movement · Finding your rhythm

Notice your shoulders. Where is your weight?

Let movement pass through you. You do not need to correct every feeling. Just stay close enough to notice it — bead by bead, breath by breath.

Feltbreath Sound Lab 02 FLOW
A beige ceramic mug on a windowsill overlooking a rainy street outside with blurred storefronts.

03 — PAUSE

5 minutes

Workday · Between tasks

Nothing needs fixing right now.

A short soundscape for the space between one thing and the next. These minutes do not need to be filled. Let waiting remain empty.

Feltbreath Sound Lab 03 PAUSE
Coastal scene with wet sand, gentle waves, cloudy sky, and distant cliffs.

04—RECOVER

10 minutes

After intensity · Coming down gently

Let your breath return.

For the moments after training, stress, emotion, or overstimulation. There is no rhythm to control and no state to reach. Let the body come back in its own time.

Feltbreath Sound Lab 04 RECOVER
A foggy landscape with mountains partially obscured by clouds over a body of water.

05 — STILL

20 minutes

Evening · Deep stillness

No cue.

Nothing to follow. Let the space stay open. Let your breath arrive without being asked.

Feltbreath Sound Lab 05 STILL
A dimly lit bedroom with a window showing raindrops on the glass and a dark sky outside, illuminated by a small lit candle on a bedside table with decorative items and a plant in a vase.

06—EXHALE

30 minutes

Bedtime · Closing the day

The day is over.

Nothing else is required tonight.Hold the beads if it helps. Let the last breath be enough.

Feltbreath Sound Lab 06 EXHALE
